The photos seen in the collection were taken in and around Kathmandu, Nepal in 2011.

Damian Christopher's journey to Shangri-La series will soon debut at art galleries all over the United States in 2014. The series plans to travel during the Spring of 2014 and showcase the art of Damian Christopher through photographs from his travels to Nepal.
The series will aim to illuminate the plight of thousands of children that were left orphaned and abandoned during Nepal's decade long civil war. The series was first shown at an exhibition in Chicago at the famed Mini-Bar Lounge and has since been on hiatus while Damian worked on other projects. Due to popular demand, the series has been resurrected and now will be available to thousands to enjoy.
